Why it happens
Homepage is a hub — stale URLs accumulate in menus, widgets, and page builders.
Common causes:
- Deleted product without redirect.
- Permalink structure change without 301.
- External domain in menu marked as internal.
- Staging URL in production content.
- PDF /
#anchor to missing id.

Step by step
- Explorer homepage — list broken links.
- For each URL: 301 redirect or fix the menu link.
- Puluno SEO → Link scope / redirect manager — Apply redirects.
- Remove dead menu items in WordPress.
- Verify: Explorer again on the same URL.
- Larger site: deeper crawl in Center, not homepage only.
Rollback — undo the change
Redirect Apply can be reverted in Center.
Menu edits have no plugin rollback — page revision / git.
When it is not Puluno
- Link intentionally to external service that is sometimes down — Guard uptime, not SEO.
- Broken images (404 on
