General & pricing
- What does launch price mean?
- Lower price for early customers. After payment we guarantee the same price on license renewal — lock-in for early adopters.
- Is Free a limited demo?
- No. Free includes Center, schema, Link Scope, IndexNow and GSC OAuth. Pro adds limits and export — not duplicate SEO features.
- What is Puluno Guard?
- Site availability monitoring — uptime, SSL, critical pages. Free plugin checks homepage; Pro adds more URLs and shorter intervals.
- What is Puluno Health?
- WordPress operational health — plugin conflicts, debug on production, homepage asset map and weekly email report. Free scan; Pro (IHE-…) from 590 Kč/yr. SEO Pro report also unlocks it.
- How is Health different from Pulse?
- Pulse handles speed and CWV (safe fixes). Health handles plugin conflicts, debug mode and who loads scripts — operational risk, not PageSpeed lab.
- What's in the Complete Care bundle?
- SEO Pro + Pulse Pro + Guard Pro on one domain for 1 290 Kč/yr (launch). You get 3 licenses (ISC, ISP, IGU). Add Health Pro separately or with SEO Pro (report unlocked).
- Do I need Pro to have SEO?
- No. For a typical site, Free from WordPress.org is enough. Pro makes sense for migration, regex redirects or report export.
- Is AI included in Pro?
- No. Pro unlocks the AI button in the editor. OpenAI API key and usage are billed by you at OpenAI.
- How does Pro purchase work?
- Stripe Checkout → license by email → enter in Puluno → Settings. License is bound to one domain.
- Agency managing multiple sites?
- One license = one domain. For 5–15 sites we have launch packs from ~899 Kč / site / yr. Order by email or invoice with company ID.
Puluno Guard
- Do I need Guard if I have hosting?
- Hosting monitors the server, not always a specific page, form or domain SSL cert. Guard checks what visitors see.
- Does Guard work without WordPress?
- MVP is WP plugin + cloud checks. Registration happens from wp-admin; checks run on puluno.io.
- What happens after a WP update?
- Update Watch in the SEO plugin triggers Guard re-check and alerts on new 404s or redirect issues.
Puluno Pulse
- Do I need Pulse if I have LiteSpeed / caching?
- Cache speeds delivery, not heavy plugins, slow queries or DB transients. Pulse shows what slows admin and frontend.
- Are safe fixes safe?
- Yes — every fix has rollback. We only delete expired transients and similar known issues, not site content.
- I have SEO Pro — do I need a Pulse license?
- SEO Pro unlocks Pulse Pro for the same domain. Standalone ISP license makes sense when you want performance only without SEO Pro.
Explorer Pro
- Is Explorer Pro for non-WordPress sites?
- Yes. It scans up to 100 URLs from your sitemap, prepares a PDF report and sends it by email. No WordPress plugin needed.
- How is it different from the free explorer?
- Free checks homepage and a sample of 20 sitemap URLs. Pro scans up to 100 URLs, finds cross-site duplicates and delivers a client-ready PDF.
- Does it work for WordPress too?
- Yes — when you don't want to install a plugin or need a one-off client report. For ongoing WP monitoring, Puluno SEO plugin (Free) or Complete Care bundle is better value.
