Legal document
Terms for purchasing Puluno licenses and digital services through puluno.io.
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern purchases of Puluno licenses, digital services and related products via puluno.io (the “Store”).
The Terms form an integral part of the contract between the seller shown in the header of this document and the customer. By placing an order or paying, the customer confirms they have read and accept the Terms.
For these Terms, in particular:
Before checkout the customer sees the product name, price including VAT (or reverse charge indication), payment method and links to these Terms and the privacy policy.
Further consumer information is on the Consumer information page.
The seller provides in particular: annual Puluno Pro module licenses (SEO, Images, Forms, Pulse, Health, Guard and bundles), one-off Explorer Pro audits, credit packs for cloud features and related digital performance.
Free plugin versions (GPL) are available at no charge; a paid license unlocks Pro features as described on /pricing and in product documentation.
The contract is formed when the seller confirms the order (email, proforma/tax invoice or license delivery) after successful payment or after accepting a bank-transfer order per instructions.
The customer is responsible for a correct email, billing details and domain for the license. For companies the seller may verify company/VAT IDs in public registers.
Prices in the Store include VAT for Czech customers unless stated otherwise. For EU B2B outside the Czech Republic, reverse charge may apply after VIES verification.
Card payments are processed via Stripe; bank transfer per proforma invoice details. License or service activation may follow cleared payment unless agreed otherwise.
Digital performance is delivered electronically — by email and in the customer portal (key, invoice, audit link). Typically within 24 hours of payment; for transfers after funds are received.
License activation is done by entering the key in WordPress admin in the relevant Puluno plugin. One license is tied to one production domain unless the SKU states otherwise.
The public Explorer provides indicative homepage diagnostics; deep audits and PDFs may be paid. Results depend on site reachability from our cloud — shared hosting may throttle automated fetch.
Credit operations (lab measurement, crawl, etc.) deduct per the credit catalog; unused credits may not be refundable after the period stated for the product.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving digital performance where the law allows.
For digital content not on a tangible medium, withdrawal may be excluded if the consumer expressly agreed to start performance before the period ended and was informed about losing the right — typically immediate key delivery or audit start after payment.
Withdrawal can be sent by email to the seller contact in the header.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, for Pro licenses and bundles the seller gives a voluntary money-back guarantee: within 30 days of payment we refund the full price on an email request, without stating a reason, and the license is deactivated. The guarantee applies to consumers and businesses alike and does not cover Explorer Pro (a one-off audit is fulfilled when the report is delivered) or credits.
Defective performance and the claims procedure are set out in the Claims policy. The customer should describe the defect and allow verification (typically re-validation of the key or domain check).
Software and cloud services are provided as described. The seller is not liable for SEO rankings, search positions, site revenue or damage from the customer’s misconfiguration.
Liability is capped at the price of the relevant order in the last 12 months where the law permits. The seller is not liable for third-party outages (customer hosting, Stripe, email).
Processing is described in the privacy policy and cookie policy.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably by email. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ and the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz).
For B2B, courts at the seller’s seat in the Czech Republic apply unless agreed otherwise.
The seller may update the Terms; new wording is published on this page with an effective date. Paid orders remain under the version effective at purchase unless a mandatory change benefits the customer earlier.
Invalid provisions do not affect the rest. Legal and contractual contact: seller email in the header.
