Information you should know before purchasing on puluno.io (EU consumer rules).
1. Seller identification
Seller details are in the header of this page. The seller is a business established in the Czech Republic, VAT payer where VAT ID is shown.
2. Main characteristics of performance
We offer in particular:
- Annual software licenses (Pro) for Puluno WordPress plugins — digital key delivery.
- One-off site audits (Explorer Pro) — PDF / report by email.
- Credit packs for cloud features (measurement, crawl) — electronic activation on account.
3. Price and additional costs
Store prices include VAT for Czech consumers unless stated otherwise. We do not charge delivery fees for digital performance. FX differences for non-CZK/EUR payments are handled by the payment provider.
4. Payment and delivery
Card payment (Stripe) or bank transfer per proforma invoice. Digital performance usually within 24 hours of payment; for transfers after funds are received.
5. Contractual relationship
The contract is formed per the terms of service after order confirmation. Full license, liability and withdrawal rules are in the terms.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days unless digital performance started with express consent before the period ended — see terms of service.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Complaints: seller email in the header. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
