Legal document
Claims policy
Procedure for claiming defective digital performance purchased on puluno.io.
1. Seller
This claims policy supplements the terms of service. The seller is shown in the header of this document.
2. When to claim
Submit a claim if:
- The license key cannot be activated on the declared production domain and the issue persists after our remediation steps.
- Digital performance does not match the product description on /pricing at the time of purchase.
- The tax document contains an error — contact us for correction.
- A paid Explorer Pro audit was not delivered within a reasonable time after payment (typically 5 business days; for transfers after funds received).
3. What is not a defect
Not defects: SEO outcomes (rankings, traffic), scan blocking by the customer’s host, incompatibility with unsupported hosting/PHP, conflict with third-party plugins without our fault, outdated WordPress core outside our documented requirements.
4. How to submit
- Email the seller contact in the header — subject “Claim”.
- Include order/invoice number, purchase email, license domain and defect description.
- Attach a screenshot from the plugin or portal if available.
5. Handling time
Acknowledgement within 3 business days. Resolution without undue delay, at latest within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
We inform you by email — fix, replacement key, discount or refund depending on the defect.
6. Consumer — withdrawal vs. claim
14-day withdrawal (where applicable) is separate — see terms of service. Claims concern defective performance after withdrawal or outside it.
